Sunder is a doom wad designed to challenge even veteran players. Maps range from small journeys to giant sprawling marathons that can take hours to finish. It started it's life around 2009. I had a deep desire to make large, difficult maps that were also great to look at and experience. Most of what was labelled as a slaughter map at the time were usually fairly ugly and after experiencing Deus Vult 2, I knew exactly what I wanted to see more of. I hoped by making them pretty, I might attract people who would otherwise be intimidated by the difficulty and get them to improve as a player.
There are currently 21 maps (including two secret maps), with more planned.
